The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is sponsoring a free 90 minute webinar on the upcoming Guidebook on the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) Analysis of Active Transportation and Demand Management (ATDM) Strategies. The guide addresses the analysis of operational strategies under varying demand and capacity conditions. It is intended to assist engineers and planners in the evaluation of ATDM investment options.
