The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is sponsoring a free 90 minute webinar on the upcoming Guidebook on the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) Analysis of Active Transportation and Demand Management (ATDM) Strategies. The guide addresses the analysis of operational strategies under varying demand and capacity conditions. It is intended to assist engineers and planners in the evaluation of ATDM investment options. The intended participants of the webinars are transportation planners and traffic operations professionals from public agencies and the private sector, who are familiar with, manage, or regularly apply HCM analyses to transportation facility investments and environmental impact analyses.
